It is possible to reverse a dorsal hump reduction but may I suggest augmenting the dorsum with filler before embarking on surgery. This allows you to recreate the hump but is reversible. Like trying on a pair of shoes before committing to buying them. 

The best way to augment the dorsum with a controlled shape is finely morselized cartilage Inam fascial wrap.   A single cartilage graft will have a high risk of edges.  Using filler to give a temporary result would help you visualize what you want.   Revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting is a substantial undertaking.

Most of the time, dorsal augmentation is used to raise the height of the bridge of the nose or smooth out contours, but similar techniques could be employed to add a characteristic feature of the nose. The quickest way to achieve this would likely be utilizing filler with a non-surgical or liquid rhinoplasty. Just like any filler procedure, it's a quick in-office procedure.  I would be sure to give your nose enough time to heal after surgery with clearance from your surgeon before you proceed. You want to make sure to receive this treatment from physician who understands nasal anatomy and doesn't compromise the skin and vasculature of your nose. If you are seeking a more permanent solution, I would discuss this with your surgeon to convey your aesthetic goals and come up with a plan for revision surgery. Best of Luck
