Dr. Heather Lee is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery in Rochester, New York.

She specializes exclusively in facial plastic surgery—including facelifts, neck lifts, brow lifts, and rhinoplasty—as well as nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, skin cancer repair, and facial reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Lee is also skilled in noninvasive aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators such as Botox, dermal fillers like Restylane and Juvéderm, nonsurgical nose jobs, dermabrasion, and PRP hair loss treatments.

Dr. Lee earned her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and biochemistry at the University of Pennsylvania, where she also received her subsequent master's degree in biotechnology. She then graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. There, she was awarded with Outstanding Performance and Excellence in Otolaryngology, both as a medical student and during her residency. She was also the recipient of a resident research award from the University of Louisville's James Graham Brown Cancer Center.

After completing her five-year residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, Dr. Lee came to Rochester to be trained under the esteemed facial plastic surgeon Dr. Vito Quatela. She officially joined the practice in 2017.

Dr. Lee is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

During her medical training, Dr. Lee supported women and children’s clinics by providing free cancer screenings. She is passionate about giving back to her community and helping those in need around the world. Dr. Lee has traveled to Kenya, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Vietnam to provide care to patients with congenital defects and other medical issues.
