I'm wondering if I have a breast lift done, if it's wise to have the implants placed at that time. I want a saline implant and I'm also trying to decide if I want it to be smooth or textured. The main point of the textured implant is to help avoid a contracture but that can also be avoided if the proper massage is done, right? Does the smooth implant feel more natural or softer? What would put me at risk for the smooth implant "bottoming out?" Why would some doctors prefer one over the other? Thank you!
