Is there a recommended treatment plan for removal of my alar bump or to make it less prominent?

I have a bump on my right alar nostril area. II had a revision rhinoplasty 18 months ago but had the bump before. It seems to have gotten larger, maybe because the positioning of my nose is straighter after my surgery and makes the bump appear more prominent. I saw my derm & she ruled out basal cell but thinks it's likely a cyst & encouraged me to see my plastic surgeon. I emailed my photos to my doc & seems to think it is cartilage. Any thoughts on what it is? Is there a recommended treatment plan for removal or to make it less prominent?
