Fillers vs fat transfer for volume loss in the nasolabial fold areas (photos)

Hello I'm looking for specific advice for my face. I'm only 27 but am aging as if I'm well into my 30s due to stress. My problem areas are the hollowness and lines under my eyes. And the volume loss I'm already seeing in the nasolabial fold areas. I know I need volume loss replacement but fillers long term are not financially feasible for a lot of volume loss and the risks of facial fat transfer scare me a lot. I would rather do a fat transfer but I do not want general anesthesia and the rare risks really are scary. Is there any advice for my face and concerns specifically? Are there any reputable doctors that specialize in this? I don't have many specialists where I live. But it is greatly affecting me that I'm aging so fast.
