60, having a deep plane face lift - Should I do facial fat transfer to under eyes and temples? (Photo)

Hi. I am planning a DPFL and trying to decide on whether I include facial fat transfer. At 60 years old I have definitely lost volume in my face, but I believe the lift will restore some of that lost volume on its own. I am not getting my upper or lower eyes done bec they don’t really bother me at this time other than the start of some mild hollowing under the eyes. Is it a good idea to conservatively sprinkle fat in the outer orbital rim to address hollows? I’m worried this could go wrong, be uneven, or even be a cause of bags in the future which is not something I have now. Given the hollows are mild, are prp injections a better idea for me under the eye? The only other area I feel like I would benefit from facial fat transfer is my temples but I am hearing from many that it is better to do sculptra in this area as fat transfers often don’t take in this area? In fact some surgeons I have spoken with do not attempt fat transfers to temples for this reason. If I exclude under eye and temples, I’m not sure where else a fat transfer would be worthwhile for me. I would appreciate any feedback.
