Hello, I have a quick question - Is it possible to have my crooked nose and deviated septum repaired (and covered by insurance)? I broke my nose in 2022 and, unfortunately, was unable to go in to have it reset. I experience a bunch of sinus issues year 'round (constant runny nose, headaches, and sinus infections) and went to an ENT and allergist. They both believe it’s non allergic rhinitis and suggested sinus surgery. Well, my ENT is only comfortable with an outpatient sinus surgery and wouldn’t feel comfortable straightening my nose or correcting my deviated septum since it’d be such an invasive process. Is it possible to have a surgery to fix both issues (and have it covered under insurance)? My sinus issues increased tenfold since I broke my nose and I just want to fix the problems internally and externally. What type of doctor would I want to see for a consult?

Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos you have a hanging columella, I recommend revision rhinoplasty for a more natural and feminine appearance that is more compatible with your face, this will be a permanent solution for you.
It would be better face to face...
