This is a photo of the right vs. left side of my nose 10 months after rhinoplasty. As you can see, the right side (left in the photo) looks a bit more projected and the tip is pointier. Is there anything that can be done outside of a full revision to make some small tweaks?
Answer: Perhaps a permanent non-surgical nose job. Since people cannot view both of your nasal profiles at the same time, the slight difference between one side and the other is relatively insignificant, unless if there are visible irregularities on oblique photographs, or a frontal photograph. In general, the nasal tip pointiness can be softened with judicious use of microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections, for a permanent result. An examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy. Thank you for this question, and I hope it's helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello!Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos It can take 1 to 1 year for the nose to take its full shape. There is asymmetry in every face and 100% symmetry may never be possible, I recommend you to have a detailed examination for this, revision rhinoplasty operation can be planned accordingly. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!

Answer: Asymmetry of the side vites Hi,One of the cause can be alar wings’ asymmetry in vertical position. If you look closer any front view of your nose, you can see the difference of the apexes of your nostrils.ıt may happen because of the retracted alar cartilage in the healing process.Projection differences may be explained by the cheekbones’ deepnesses. The deeper cheekbone side the more projected looking side.Your right cheek fat seems less than left side.A cheek filler application may be considered or cartilage graft to the cheek. For alar asymmetry, composite auricular cartilage graft may be one of the appropriate surgical option.Best regards, Emin Eren,MdAesthetic and Functional Nose Surgery Clinic

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to correct the overprojection of your tip. Maneuvers for your surgery would include tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Answer: Early result post rhinoplasty It is still early to consider your current result permanent. Discrete swelling, scar formation may be present on one side more than other; it takes at least one year (plus) for result of rhinoplasty to mature. Good luck.
