Why does my nose look horizontally cut in a way that makes my philtrum appear large and my nose unappealing? Are there any procedures that can fix this?

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose looks very horizontal. Unfortunately, you have not provided additional photographs. Your columella is not showing. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Retracted Columella The picture of the nose reveals a retracted columella. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to get a thorough internal examination of the inside of your nose to assess the septum along with the external cartilages of the nose. Correction will require surgery for a permanent correction. I would advise against someone attempting fillers to correct this. Cartilage repositioning and grafting should correct this for you.
