Based on your appearance, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. You retracted columella can be brought down and the tip refined so it's thinner, all while keeping it looking natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Based on your limited photo, you appear to have wideness of the lower 1/3 of your nose, and this is associated with an over shortened nasal appearance and a retracted Columella. Your nose looks very horizontal. Unfortunately, you have not provided additional photographs. Your columella is not showing. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.

The picture of the nose reveals a retracted columella.
Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to get a thorough internal examination of the inside of your nose to assess the septum along with the external cartilages of the nose.
Correction will require surgery for a permanent correction. I would advise against someone attempting fillers to correct this. Cartilage repositioning and grafting should correct this for you.
