Hi! So I have broken my nose multiple times by playing sports and am considering a rhinoplasty to make my face appear more feminine. However, I am worried about how the rhinoplasty might affect the proportions of my face. So mainly I am coming here to ask what procedures I should maybe get to acheive a more feminine face and also if its not just my nose thats throwing off my facial proportions. Thank you in advance!

Answer: You have a feminine facial appearance! Rhinoplasty surgery is typically reserved for those people who have severe dissatisfaction with their nasal appearance and nasal breathing. I can see that you likely have had a history of previous nasal trauma, since there are some slight asymmetries on front view, along with a slight dorsal hump on profile. Small asymmetry such as this can be left alone, or treated permanently with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections. If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, and are looking for hump removal, rhinoplasty would be indicated, at which point I would suggest visiting a few rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging. Answer: Lip lift Yes, you would benefit from a rhinoplasty but you would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This procedure takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and Facial Harmony Hi,Your nose seems have a slight bump in the middle part of the bridge,also underrotation and overprojection of the nose tip.Your nose can be fixed by lowering your bridge ,improving tip aesthetics by reducing the height of the tip and increasing the rotation slightly.Avoiding making the result “operated” look,a harmonical and balanced result can be achieved in experienced hands.Have a nice day,good luck.
