Hi! So I have broken my nose multiple times by playing sports and am considering a rhinoplasty to make my face appear more feminine. However, I am worried about how the rhinoplasty might affect the proportions of my face. So mainly I am coming here to ask what procedures I should maybe get to acheive a more feminine face and also if its not just my nose thats throwing off my facial proportions. Thank you in advance!

As far as I can see from your photos With a small touch, it is possible to create a more harmonious and feminine appearance to your face by lifting your nasal tip a little more and filing your nasal bone, for which I recommend rhinoplasty operation.

Rhinoplasty surgery is typically reserved for those people who have severe dissatisfaction with their nasal appearance and nasal breathing. I can see that you likely have had a history of previous nasal trauma, since there are some slight asymmetries on front view, along with a slight dorsal hump on profile. Small asymmetry such as this can be left alone, or treated permanently with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections. If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, and are looking for hump removal, rhinoplasty would be indicated, at which point I would suggest visiting a few rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging. Yes, you would benefit from a rhinoplasty but you would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This procedure takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Your nose seems to be proportional to your face with small irregularities and  bulky tip. Conservative rhinoplasty with possible airway management (if you have difficulties breathing after multiple traumas) would be a good solution for you. Hi,Your nose seems have a slight bump in the middle part of the bridge,also underrotation and overprojection of the nose tip.Your nose can be fixed by lowering your bridge ,improving tip aesthetics by reducing the height of the tip and increasing the rotation slightly.Avoiding making the result “operated” look,a harmonical and balanced result can be achieved in experienced hands.Have a nice day,good luck.

From the photographs presented, you already have a pretty good looking nose, so they amount of changes that a rhinoplasty is going to perform will be fairly minimal and will not throw off your facial balance and proportions. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing your bulbous tip, narrowing and straightening your nasal bones, and shaving down the dorsal hump with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. Since you broke your nose multiple times, you probably have a deviated septum blocking airflow as well, so you may need a septoplasty. From your side profile, you also have a recessive chin, so give some consideration to placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance, and proportions. This would also make your nose look smaller by bringing your chin forward. Rhinoplasty for a broken nose is a very difficult procedure, so choose your rhinoplasty specialist very wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results.
