A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge line, refining the tip and narrowing the nostrils. Digital computer imaging performed in the office setting would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure on your nose with your facial features. There is not much that is wrong with your nose, but I agree that alar base narrowing, slight tip refinement, and minimal dorsal reduction can improve the overall appearance of your nose and improve facial harmony. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.
Hi sarahb93,5% Benzyl Peroxide can be safely used at 9 months post or for nose, however, some patients are quite sensitive to peroxide. While the reaction is normally just within the skin (superficial) it can still be reduced if you only apply the product for a short time.
