I’m not even sure what it is. If it’s a skin tag or a fibrous papule. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t grow, but it makes me feel self conscious and would like to remove it. You can see a bump when someone sees me from the side.

Nasal trauma can fracture the bones and cartilage changing the appearance of the nose even though there was no bleeding. I suggest you consult with a rhinoplasty specialist to evaluate your nose.
The thing I specifically notice is that your nasal septum sticks out of your left nostril. Very simple to correct in conjunction with a standard rhimoplasty and that will help obtain the symmetry you seek. Good luck,
You are still very early in the healing process so you likely still have significant swelling, making it difficult to evaluate your final results at this time. This swelling can take 6-12 months to resolve so try to be patient as your body heals.
