What is the best way of removing the bump on my nose? (Photo)

Question

I’m not even sure what it is. If it’s a skin tag or a fibrous papule. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t grow, but it makes me feel self conscious and would like to remove it. You can see a bump when someone sees me from the side.

It looks like a benign condition but should be submitted to pathology examination when removed. Small external incision (scar) would be the easiest access to remove it. However, it can also be removed using inside the nose incision without leaving external scar. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
