The tip of my nose is crooked. Is this fixable? (photos)

Septorhinoplasty for the crooked nose, overprojected tip, etc. will give you a more attractive and feminine nose as well as better airway. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you natural results of his work. Don’t rely on imaging. 

The thing I specifically notice is that your nasal septum sticks out of your left nostril.  Very simple to correct in conjunction with a standard rhimoplasty and that will help obtain the symmetry you seek.  Good luck,

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  This can also be designed to help improve your nasal asymmetry and help your breathing.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You have asymmetric tip cartilages which can be easily improved with a Tip Rhinoplasty.  This can be performed under local or general anesthesia. 
3D imaging will allow you to see how your tip could look after a rhinoplasty, so I would encourage you to see a trained plastic surgeon for a consultation.

I see the problem that you have all the time and I think it is very fixable and you would get a great result. The breathing part and cosmetic part is addressed during the same operation. We can't see the whole face in these photos but the nose lacks balance and refinement, otherwise you have a very youthful and attractive face. Insurance will cover the breathing portion of the procedure if this is something that applies to you. Best wishes

Consultation in the office is required to assess your nose but from the photos it appears you have a bulbous to boxy nasal tip and some asymmetry which may be correctable with standard rhinoplasty techniques. Perfect symmetry is not necessarily the expectation but improvement may be achieved with properly selected approaches. Breathing issues may require correction of a deviated septum and/or treatment of obstructing inferior turbinates (filtering tissues in the outer wall of each side of the nose which can be enlarged). The functional breathing issues can sometimes be covered by insurance.

  The  bulbous nasal tip is best treated with suture techniques and a conservative cartilage removal.  Occasional cartilage grafting techniques may also be required when the tip is asymmetrical.  The hanging columella is addressed the columella-plasty which involves removal of excess caudal septal cartilage and skin.   A septoplasty is performed for functionally and medically related issues to improve airflow in the nose.  A cosmetic rhinoplasty can be performed at the same time to straighten the nose.  For more information and many before and after examples, please see link and the video below

You do have a deviated septum which is compromising your breathing as well as pushing your nasal tip to the left. You need septorhinplasty which will correct the septum and overall refinement of the tip and dorsum.

The nasal areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed
with a nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) and a possible septoplasty which are
typically done at the same time. A natural appearing nose can be achieved when
the procedures are performed by an artistic plastic surgeon with extensive
experience in nasal surgery.
Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other
website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on a limited two
dimensional photo without examining you, physically feeling the tissue,
assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing
the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not
be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified
by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American
Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plastic surgeon
(otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should
discuss your concerns with that surgeon in
person.
