I have several qualms with my nose. Some cosmetic some potentially medical. Regardless they cause me esteem issues and I'd like to get it fixed. The tip of my nose is bulbous, it is slightly crooked and there seems to be uneven cartilidge. I often have trouble breathing out one nostril. One side looks normal. The other not so much. Could this be fixed?

Answer: Rhinoplasty I see the problem that you have all the time and I think it is very fixable and you would get a great result. The breathing part and cosmetic part is addressed during the same operation. We can't see the whole face in these photos but the nose lacks balance and refinement, otherwise you have a very youthful and attractive face. Insurance will cover the breathing portion of the procedure if this is something that applies to you. Best wishes
