I had an open rhino/septoplasty in mid-November and am very unhappy with the results. The plastic surgeon corrected the bump on my nose but left it extremely crooked. It is more noticeably crooked now than it ever was before. With that, I am considering getting filler in my nose to try to compensate for this. How long after rhinoplasty can I get filler to ensure it doesn't inhibit/damage the healing process? If I do get filler, will that delay me from undergoing a revision rhinoplasty?

This bump is at the keystone area where the nasal bones meet the upper lateral cartilages. Reducing the prominence can be done with rasping and/or direct excision of the bone and cartilage to obtain a straight dorsum.
It looks like a benign condition but should be submitted to pathology examination when removed. Small external incision (scar) would be the easiest access to remove it. However, it can also be removed using inside the nose incision without leaving external scar. In person evaluation is...
Nasal trauma can fracture the bones and cartilage changing the appearance of the nose even though there was no bleeding. I suggest you consult with a rhinoplasty specialist to evaluate your nose.
