i have two bones showing on my nose, and creates a weird bump from the sides and front. what can be done to fix this? you can only see the bumps from the front and at an angle
Answer: Rhinoplasty This bump is at the keystone area where the nasal bones meet the upper lateral cartilages. Reducing the prominence can be done with rasping and/or direct excision of the bone and cartilage to obtain a straight dorsum.

Overall, you would benefit from a reduction Rhinoplasty - which will give you elimination of theses areas as well as overall improvement of the appearance of the nose. Answer: I have 2 bones sticking out of my nose The photographs demonstrate a large dorsal hump composed of the bone and cartilage underneath thin skin. The dorsal hump can be shaved down with a rhinoplasty, and then osteotomies will be required to be placed in the nasal bones to narrow the bridge line and close the open roof created from the hump removal. Best to seek only in person opinions. Fees range from $5,000 to $10,000 in Florida. BTW great photos posted - good job..
