I have two bones sticking out on my nose. They are very visible and show from every side. What can be done to fix this? (Photo)

This bump is at the keystone area where the nasal bones meet the upper lateral cartilages.  Reducing the prominence can be done with rasping and/or direct excision of the bone and cartilage to obtain a straight dorsum.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  You may also benefit from a dorsal hump
reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

The area you identify is the junction of the strategic elements of the nose- referred to as the Keystone area. Overall, you would benefit from a reduction Rhinoplasty - which will give you elimination of theses areas as well as overall improvement of the appearance of the nose. All of this can be achieved through the closed technique - without a scar across your columella. Be sure to seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam.

  The photographs demonstrate a large dorsal hump composed of the bone and cartilage underneath thin skin.  The dorsal hump can be shaved down with a rhinoplasty, and then osteotomies will be required to be placed in the nasal bones to narrow the bridge line and close the open roof created from the hump removal.  For more information and many examples, please see link and the video below
