Hello, my son accidentally banged his head into my nose rather hard. It didn’t bleed but still hurts to the bone. There is a very slight dip in my nose on the right side now. I’m very nervous because 20 years ago I had rhinoplasty after my nose was broken at the bridge. Also the cartilage aroun my right nostril feels soft or less firm now... it could be in my head? Is there any merit to my fears? Can a simply accident fracture my nose and change it?

The thing I specifically notice is that your nasal septum sticks out of your left nostril. Very simple to correct in conjunction with a standard rhimoplasty and that will help obtain the symmetry you seek. Good luck,
You are still very early in the healing process so you likely still have significant swelling, making it difficult to evaluate your final results at this time. This swelling can take 6-12 months to resolve so try to be patient as your body heals.
Thanks for the question. You should wait 2-3 weeks because your operation area trying to get healed. Then after yes you can do smoke and drink. I wish you all the best.
