I am 60 years old. Will liposuction in the pubic area make my penis look longer? (photos)

 Liposuction of the pubic region is fairly common as this area has a tendency to generate well-defined areas of fat. Micro liposuction using small cannulas, contours the region nicely and improves the definition. Microliposuction of the pubic area will decrease the prominence and improve definition and contour at the base of the genitals. This may improve the overall appearance of your penis. (But the effect may be somewhat unpredictable.) even before I looked at your pictures I could tell you what the answer was to your question.  The problem is skin laxity. This is why when you pull up on the skin it looks much better.  You could have what is in the stands a reverse mini tummy tuck to create the skin pull that you were showing in one of your pictures.  In reality you don't have a problem and you may want to consider rearranging your perspectives. Of the man I've seen asked for this procedure most are substantially less endowed than you.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
