This is a great option because it requires no surgery or general anesthesia and the fat can dissolve nicely. However, your diabetes must be very well controlled. Be sure you see an experience and trained injector.

I do not believe that Kybella will interfere with your IVF or efforts to get pregnant. Once pregnant or breastfeeding, you cannot have Kybella, Botox, or other injectables....

I do not believe that going to a sauna 4 days after your Kybella treatment would affect your ultimate results, but it is possible that you still could have some swelling present in the neck and the sauna could worsen this.
