Not sure if it’s from long nose, age or botched crows feet Botox that dropped my cheeks and made my smile feel tight but my smile looks weird. The inside of my lip now flips out when I smile and there’s a deep crease under my nose. Will I need a Rhinoplasty to fix this or is there no fix?

Answer: If the change in your smile is after Botox, it may be temporary.
By narrowing and lightly lowering the nasal bridge a rhinoplasty helps to create the illusion that the eyes are set further apart. This does require breaking of the nasal bones
Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can understand from your question yes, it is quite normal, depending on the skin structure, lubrication can remain for 1 or 1.5 years, you need to pay attention to skin care and cleansing.
Best Regards!
