Your nose is a little long for the rest of your facial features, and that is interfering with your upper lip when you smile. It's hard to imagine that crow's feet Botox would affect anybody's smile. These two locations are in different zip codes. Additionally, rhinoplasty surgery would not lead to additional Dental show of your central incisors. A rhinoplasty won't fix it, but a lip lift will. Done appropriately, the two procedures can be performed together.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The nasal-lip angle is less than 90 degrees and it should be 110 degrees. This may also affect the crease above the lip.

Hello and thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty can be designed to help improve the upper lip appearance. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.
