Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. Your nose is a little long for the rest of your facial features, and that is interfering with your upper lip when you smile. It's hard to imagine that crow's feet Botox would affect anybody's smile. These two locations are in different zip codes. Additionally, rhinoplasty surgery would not lead to additional Dental show of your central incisors. A rhinoplasty won't fix it, but a lip lift will. Done appropriately, the two procedures can be performed together.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The nasal-lip angle is less than 90 degrees and it should be 110 degrees. This may also affect the crease above the lip.

Hello and thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty can be designed to help improve the upper lip appearance. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refinement of the bulbous nasal tip, statically lifting the tip, and also important to release the depressor septi ligament which dynamically pulls your tip downward when smiling. Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your rhinoplasty specialist wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results.

Personally, I typically make assessments based on static expression without contracting muscles of facial expression.
Attempting to treat issues related to facial expression tend to be pretty difficult.
It would be helpful if you included pictures without facial expression to get a baseline assessment.
It looks like you have a short upper lip, but it’s hard to tell When you’re smiling because it will lift your lip upward spread, there are some procedures that will lengthen the upper lip.
Some of this can be done with Botox or surgical intervention. It may or may not correct the issues you describe.
I typically don’t engage in surgical intervention for dynamic changes as a general statement.
