What type of nose would help close set eyes appear more apart?

by narrowing and lightly lowering the nasal bridge a rhinoplasty helps to create the illusion that the eyes are set further apart. This does require breaking of the nasal bones

The only rationale for requesting rhinoplasty surgery is severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose, or severe nasal obstruction that is affecting your quality of life. Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on your anatomy, but lowering the height of the dorsum may help. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
