Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from dorsal hump reduction which should help produce a smoother transition in the lateral nasal vault. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

The contour irregularity is probably treatable using fillers. Permanent long-term options are probably more involved, but could involve the placement of a small cartilage graft.
It would be important to know if you wear glasses and if the frame of the glasses put pressure in this area.
Consult with a few plastic surgeons in your community.
