Hi. you already have a beautiful face but I think a rhinoplasty may make a nice difference. by refining the nasal tip. Slightly turning it up and shaving down the dorsum a bit we could significantly feminize your nose. The angle between the nose and the lip in what is generally considered a feminine nose is about 110 degrees. Male noses tend to form and angel of about 90 degrees with the lip. so that slight up turn and a more refined delicate tip would create some powerful changes. the changes must be done subtly and with precision and artistry or they can look too much. Additionally adding a little fat to the cheek bone and lips would help to create some beautiful soft round feminine contours. hope that helps!

by narrowing and lightly lowering the nasal bridge a rhinoplasty helps to create the illusion that the eyes are set further apart. This does require breaking of the nasal bones

From the photos alone it does not look like you have significant premature aging but yes from the photos you look like a great candidate for facelift and potentially a lower blepharoplasty to decrease some of the fatty tissue under the eyes. If that is not an area that bothers you, no need. I only mention it because it is an area that contributes to a tired aged appearance and is not routinely addressed in facelifting. From the photos you have great skin and these procedures would give a nice smooth appearance to restore some of the normal soft tissue descent that happens with aging. Its important not to look over pulled as that can actually be quite aging. Any surgeon who does this should strive for a very natural appearance

Many patients have this question and its an excellent one. The question really depends on what aspects of your nose you want changed/ are bothersome to you. If you are young and healthy you can safely undergo this procedure with a qualified care team but for optimal outcomes its absolutely necessary that you work with your surgeon to develop a surgical plan that truly address those parts of your nose that you don't like. Make sure your surgeon listens to what you want and gives you realistic understanding of what is possible. Rhinoplasty is a surgery that requires artistry and facial balancing and you should work with your surgeon to make sure your goals are clear

Hi! Well as with any surgery complications can occur although with rhinoplasty less common because the face has excellent blood supply. The most common complaint is swelling and residual patient dissatisfaction with nasal shape and size. That is why it is so so important to work with a surgeon who really listens to your goals and discussed realistic outcomes with you.

Most casts are taken off at about 7-10 days because by that time the tissue is "sticky" so to say and has started healing enough that it wont move. Additionally surgical swelling peaks at about day 3-4 which the cast helps to control. Good nasal taping after cast removal continue to help to prevent healing and shape the nose. Of course your nose is susceptible to movement with more mild nasal traumas until the bone is completely healed which is why it is very important not to participate in activities that have a high risk of impact to the face like contact sports
