You have obtained a very nice outcome. Depending on the type of symmastia repair performed by your surgeon, you will want to talk to them about your current bra restrictions, as your surgical results will need to mature before "stressing" them with conventional sports bras. If additional tissue was used to correct the symmastia you would likely be okay to wear sports bras, but if only stitches were used, best to hold off to allow complete healing to take place.
