Should I get a revision?

It is sad reading your dissatisfaction with the size, since the shape and the outcome is really brilliant.I guess you have Silimed or Sientra anatomical macrotextured cohesive gel filled implants 425HI; you admit wider implants and XH profile, give a try to 550XH, they DO provide the effect of the wish pic you have posted.I have been using Silimed/Sientra catalogue intensively for many years and more than 1000 patients, it is one of the best manufacturers and is highly specialized in extra high profile implants (XH) to achieve large aumentations in medium and narrow base breast cases, like yours.

Good evening!Certainly you can go bigger, and I agree the best fit will be an UltraHigh Profile because you don't want a lot of extra width. It is still too early to consider replacing you with larger silicone gel implants. After 6 months you revise with larger implants. Allow the pocket to heal and see revision experts 

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure. You should be aware that a significant percentage of patients at your stage of recovery will feel that they are too big or (more commonly) too small. I routinely ask my patients to wait at least 4-6 months before evaluating the end results of the breast augmentation surgery. This waiting time allows patients to (usually) physically and psychologically adapt to the new body image.

From the physiological standpoint, it takes many months ( and even up to one year) to see the final results of surgery. factors such as swelling, tissue contraction, skin redraping, implant shifting etc. come into play. 

From the psychological standpoint, patients undergo an “adaptation period" during which time they get used to the changes that the surgical procedure has brought about. Severe emotional swings can also occur after any type of surgical procedure.

There is a specific (or standard) "waiting time" prior to undergoing revisionary breast surgery. Unless there is an acute complication however I would suggest waiting at least 4 to 6 months. In your case, I would suggest continued patience and continued close follow-up with your plastic surgeon.

You have a very nice result.  I think that your breasts actually look better than the ones that you "want".  That is only my opinion.  Your end result will depend a lot upon where you started.  If you try to go larger, you may end up causing unusual tissue stretching and a result that is worse.  I would leave well enough alone.

From the photos, your breast have what I would consider a small C look. You definitely have room for more volume but remember, bigger breast mean more weight and more effects from gravity and do not lend themselves to being unsupported for long periods of time.
