How much will a revision cost from the same dr?

Tough question to answer as the price varies greatly by geographical location, experience of the surgeon, whether in an outpatient surgery center vs hospital (hospital more expensive), type of breast implant and mesh, etc. 

Most of the your own surgeon will want to keep revision costs to a minimum for their own patients, so the costs would be less. Bottoming out is usually due to weakness of the tissues, not an error during placement of the implants. The addition of an internal bra with mesh is often a very good idea, and the cost of the mesh will have to be figured in. It will be less expensive than trying a repair without it and not having it work, which would then require another surgery.

Obviously, each doctor has his/her own protocol for handling returning patients or patients with problems/complications.  It would be impossible to tell you what your doctor might charge.  Most doctors will offer a discount on their fees for such patients, however.  You will need to contact your plastic surgeon to get a price.  The insertion of material such as mesh may greatly increase the cost.  That stuff is expensive.  I generally find that I can correct bottoming out issues without the insertion of foreign materials.

The price of a surgical procedure is totally up to your individual plastic surgeon. Generally, surgeons do charge considerably less when they did the original procedure. According to the extent of your "bottoming-out," a mesh may very well be a good idea. It certainly gives excellent support and the encapsulation rate is considerably less using mesh. I'm sorry to hear about the complication you are experiencing. Policy regarding coverage of expenses for revisionary surgery will vary from office to office and probably on a case-by-case basis as well. Of course, much of the financial considerations will depend on exactly what operation is necessary; generally the longer the duration of surgery, the greater the expenses. Costs that may be considered are that of surgery facility, anesthesiologist, new breast implants,  additional material such as acellular dermal matrix/mesh etc.
