5 years after rhinoplasty for hump removal, nose looks more crooked than before. Can a revision fix this? (Photos)

Hi all, about 5 years ago I had my first and only rhinoplasty/septoplasty. The procedure was primarily to remove a dorsal hump and I got some improved breathing out of it, which is great. However I generally regret the decision to not stick with my original nose. The hump is gone, however my slightly crooked nose pre-op has now become a majorly crooked nose and its all I can see in photos and I actively try to avoid them, particularly because the crookedness becomes much more noticeable when I smile. I think where I messed up was telling my original surgeon something along the lines of how I didn't mind it being slightly crooked (trying to save face because I was embarassed to be getting the procedure in the first place). Ultimately, I just want it to be straight so I can live my life not being afraid of photos and enjoying life. There also is a slight "divot" on the left side of my nose tip that certainly wasn't there pre-op. I know revision rhinoplasty is a very complicated surgery and this makes me very nervous to do. I just wish my nose was straight. How complex would this procedure be? Also, I wouldn't consider using my initial surgeon and instead seek a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.
