Rhinoplasty revision - Do I need to have my columella raised as well? (Photos)

Hi, I had a rhinoplasty a little over one year ago. I still feel the tip is too bulbous and my nostrils are uneven from the front view. Do you think I need to have my columella raised as well? My surgeon says due to thick skin he can’t do anything else with the tip. He has already performed rasping post surgery and now I have a slight indent on the top of my bridge, but you can’t see it just feel it. I am very upset about it. Thanks for your input.
