Can I get my old face back after revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)
Hello! I had my primary rhinoplasty 4 years ago and I really liked my face after that surgery. I thought I was much prettier and was very happy for about 2 years and then I started to notice that I had a hanging columella (which seemed to be getting worse), nasal valve colapse, inverted v deformity and searched for a revision to fix these issues. My nose tip was also bulbous and I asked for a refinement as well. I was clear that I didnt want my nose any bigger and didnt actually think he would make big changes to my face. Well... that didnt happen. My face is quite different and I absolutely hate my face now. The main reason I think its because he increased my radix and it makes my eyes look deeper set and closer together, my nose also looks longer from front and profile and the tip is more projected and looks pointier than before. I really would like to get my face back and would like to get an opinion on what would need to be done to get my old harmony back but with a less bulbous tip. I added photos from now and before my revision rhinoplasty and also an edit of my profile from before my revision where the tip is less bulbous, as that would be my ideal result. Thank you for your help in advance.
