I am thinking about getting a revision, i am now 2 years post op, but i am not sure how to put the changes into terms. I have included some images one now and one edited. I think it is mainly the tip, after my last surgery on one side my alar crease completely disappeared and on the other side my crease is fairly prominent, so i would like to improve the asymmetry. Is there any way to achieve a result like that in the photo and how can i put the changes into words?

I honestly can't even tell which one is the edited one vs. the natural one, they are so similar. usually when that is the case, that means that a revision rhino is NOT going to be helpful because we can't guarantee delivering a result the subtle. That being said, assuming that the 2nd pic os the edited one, usually people DON'T like seeing alar crease? So I would largely recommend leaving it alone.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. This can be designed to help improve your symmetry . With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
