If I remove the rib graft will my nose return to it's previous size with improved stiffness? (Photos)

Previously, i had snub nose and my doctor placed dorsal rib graft (free diced cartilage) and rib collumelar strut in my nose. I feel like my nose tip now is bigger and the tip is wider and bulkier than before. May i know if i remove the tip graft, will it go back to my previous nose size and improve the stiffness of my nose? I am not comfortable even until now to wipe my nose
