I got a rhinoplasty done but the area between my nostrils is wide (right side pic). .Id like it to be narrower and more "v shaped" instead of flat across like the pic on the left. I included a picture circling the area im referring to and a view of my nose from down below. My dr said there is nothing he can do and to accept my nose is different than others. Is this true or is there something that can be done to achieve the look on the left?
