What can be done to make the part between my nostrils narrower? (Photos)

Question

I got a rhinoplasty done but the area between my nostrils is wide (right side pic). .Id like it to be narrower and more "v shaped" instead of flat across like the pic on the left. I included a picture circling the area im referring to and a view of my nose from down below. My dr said there is nothing he can do and to accept my nose is different than others. Is this true or is there something that can be done to achieve the look on the left?

The cartilages in the tip may be too wide and are causing the excess width of your tip and columellar.  It may be possible that these were reduced in the prior procedure, but sometimes slightly more can be removed to obtain the desired result.

Good Morning! The area you're referring to can be difficult to change, but not impossible. Restructuring the tip to make it more narrow, projected, and refined can help with changing the flow between the tip and the ala (nostrils). Sometimes, skin can be removed internally and stitched in such a way to create more of the V-shape you're describing. Hope that this provides some clarity. Best of luck!
