Do you think I could have a slight pointy tip and narrow nostrils for 5000 in America? (Photos)

I'm a nurse assistant and all of us dont make great income with high rent,but I still want to improve my look. Im looking into all states,but overwhelmed. Is my wish possible? In two months officially I'll have 5000. Taken me a few years for this. Im afraid of overseas,so not asking about that.
