Over exposed nostrils and crookedness - Am I a good candidate for Revision Rhinoplasty? (Photos)

yael44
I had a Septorhinoplasty in 2022. My septum was deviated and I had internal nasal valve collapse. My dorsal hump was lowered and reduced over-projecting tip. Over time, it seems like the curvature of my nose has become more pronounced, and now I feel quite self-conscious to take pictures. It's much more pronounced when I smile. I feel like my nostrils are also over exposed, although it's secondary to my concern of crookedness. I am really happy with how my profile turned out, and my breathing issues have resolved wonderfully. I am also unsure if to return to the same surgeon, who I like but am unsure now about, or find a new one. Thanks!
