I had a primary rhinoplasty 3 years ago that left me with a completely different nose than I had agreed on with my surgeon. I never expected to have my nose upturned I thought it was going to be made straight. I have a naturally long philtrum so the chopping of my columella and upturned tip just makes it look even longer. I would like to know if there’s any possibility that I can get my nose less upturned and have more columella show? I also don’t want it so sloped. Will my tip still looks this round? How possible is it to achieve this with a revision? Will it balance my features more?
