Post Revision Rhinoplasty - Pinching/stiffness in tip and stiffness at the base - what is causing this/how to address? (Photos)

Long story short, I had a septorhinoplasty surgery in 2019 (nasal bone periosteum was incised with a 15-blade and elevated with a Joseph elevator. Themedial crura were then separated with the Bovie and depressor septi muscle was removed as well. Bilateral submucoperichondrial flaps were then elevated and severe deviation of the septum into the left airway and severe spur of the left nasal floor were removed with a double-action scissors, Takahashi, and a 4-mm osteotome. The upper lateral cartilages were then separated from the dorsal septum. The dorsal convexity was then reduced with a 15-blade and Rubin osteotome. A pull rasp was then used to finely contour the bony profile. Autospreader grafts were then created from the redundant upper lateral cartilage. These were folded upon themselves and then attached to the dorsal septum with 5-0 PDS mattress sutures.) - I should have just let it be, but my nasal tip didn't quite heal right and I had the stiffness at the base, so I went and had two "minor" tip revisions - one in 2023 and one in 2025. I loved how my nose looked and felt after the last revision (it finally looked like "me" again) but as the swelling has started to go down, I've noticed bumpy, hard tissue forming around my tip. I'm not looking for it to be perfect, but would love for the stiffness/white nodule at the tip of my nose to be softened. Thank you for any advice!
