Would a revision rhinoplasty fix this or could filler provide symmetry? (Photos)

Had a rhinoplasty ten years ago and while I like my new nose better I’ve always had additional scar tissue on one side of my nose. 3 months after my initial surgery the surgeon filed down some of the area, however it came back shortly after. The scar tissue near the top of my nose and as I age and my under eye and cheek areas hollow the asymmetry caused by the scar tissue becomes more visible. Additionally, when I am retaining water the area seems to swell more than the rest of my face, making it even more visible. I am okay with how wide the scarred side of my nose is, but hate how it makes my face look more asymmetrical and makes my under eye on the other side of my face look more hollow in comparison to the other eye. ive been warned a revision may result in more scar tissue, but also have been told if I get a revision regular corticosteroid injections while healing could prevent as much tissue from returning. Would I be better suited to have filler placed on the other side of my nose to balance it out.
