Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You can achieve the hourglass shape but the ideal shape/result will depend on how much fat you have to donate from other areas. Alternatively, if you don’t have enough fat, liposuction can be used to reshape the torso and Sculptra can be used to build up the hips or buttocks.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good BBL candidate. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms, chin, etc. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience in with Skinny BBLs and clean credentials. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Your pictures currently demonstrate "hip dips" that are contributing to your double bubble buttock shape. This can be effectively treated with fat grafting to your lateral hips and high definition liposuction of your lower back and flanks to create the feminine hourglass you desire. You look like an exceptionally good candidate for the BBL procedure. You have fairly ideal amounts of body fat, excellent skin, no pregnancy related changes and a body contour that can easily be improved upon if you’re trying to accentuate a smooth even S-curve from your knees to your shoulders.

I would emphasize most of the fat grafting on the hips and lateral thighs as well as the buttocks..

Delivering consistent high-quality Liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe it. The results of these procedures vary greatly depending on who does the procedure.

The most important decision is choosing the most experienced and talented provider in your community.

Finding who is most experienced and skilled for these procedures is not the easiest task but typically doing so requires consulting with numerous providers in person.

Ask each provider to show their entire collection before and after pictures specifically asking to see people who have similar body characteristics to your own.

Confirm that after pictures are always taken at least three months from the data procedure. Early postop pictures can be very impressive but do not represent final results.

An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you 50 or more sets of before and after pictures. Highly experienced providers will have hundreds or possibly thousands.

When vetting plastic surgeons seeing the three best results of someone’s career is insufficient to confirm the providers competency.
