i am a 19 year old female. i weigh 93 lbs and i’m 5 foot even with a bmi of around 18. i have one child who is 6 months old. during this pregnancy i had a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum, the worst my doctors had seen. my body broke down and ate almost all my fat. once there was no more usable fat, it went for my muscle. i used to be 127 lbs pre-pregnancy. i also have scoliosis and have had a posterior spinal fusion and my gallbladder removed.
Answer: BBL Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos and your current weight, I would not recommend this procedure for you. There are other non surgical options to augment the buttocks which would be better for you.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear noodle7721, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Am I too skinny for a BBL? Maybe, appears you have only 1 liter useable fat for transfer. I offer cases as your a composite BBL- that is a combination of up to 3 options. Most try the combo of lipo with fat transfer + Sculptra injections (about 20+ vials), that fee $12,000. Or fat transfer/lipo w buttock implants, fee $20,000. Finally all 3 in combination with fee $30,000.

Answer: BBL Before surgery you will need to be cleared by your primary physician. If you are a healthy candidate for surgery, the optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Having enough fat for a BBL At your current wait I don’t think it makes sense to attempt a fat transfer procedure. Typically for lower BMI patients enough that can be harvested by including enough areas for the Liposuction part of the procedure. There are however some patients that simply don’t have enough fat to justify doing the procedure. I suggest you continue working on regaining your health, strength and appetite after what sounds like a very challenging pregnancy. Maybe give yourself another year and see where things stand. Typically do not recommend patients gain weight for the purpose of having fat transfer procedures but for those who have extremely low body fat counts getting some weight may be a reasonable approach as long as you can maintain it.
