Hi , this questions is piggybacked to my original question .Will I need a lift if I go from 525 cc moderate plus silicone to 400 cc high profile? Trying to avoid a lift at all cost . Might consider a donut bc the scat is hidden around Areola. Please advise.

You don't need a lift, but your tissue envelope is very thin which results in very little support and coverage for the implants. An internal bra with Galaflex or Strattice is the solution. You don't need different implants.

Who do I contact for implant rupture warranty info if my surgeon has retired?

Thank you for your question. You can see any BC PS who can help you with this problem. You should do this sooner than later as most warranties stop providing any financial help after 10 years.

Thank you for your question. I tell all my patients it takes 4-5 months for all the settling to occur so I do believe things will still change. It does appear your PS did a nice job for you.

Double bubble still there after revision. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your question. It would be very helpful if you provided photos and more information about both of your surgeries. Generally speaking a " double bubble" can easily be corrected. I would recommend you consult with a BC PS who has experience in revisional breast surgery.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos it appears you just had your revision surgery. Based on the photos provided the left implant( as I look at the pictures) it appears lower. I belive it takes at least 4 months for implants to settle. I would reevaluate after that amount of time.

Dear Genius188143, bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery. Bottoming out can also occur if an implant...
