275 cc moderate, under the muscle through the armpit. From post op day 1 my implants were dropped. I never experience them sitting high and fluffing, they were in a low position starting out. Now I have 0 cleavage because they’re so bottom heavy. They are also very far apart. Are the bottoming out? Did my surgeon place them too low? How do I fix this? Definitely not the result I was hoping for :/
