Thank you for your question. I tell all my patients it takes 4-5 months for all the settling to occur so I do believe things will still change. It does appear your PS did a nice job for you.

Primary photographs, it seems like you have an excellent early result. As you know, you are a very early in the healing process. You can expect further changes as time goes on. The nipple position may or may not change much, but tends to rotate upwards with time.

dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.

With the internal mesh, you may not have too much dropping of the implants since the mesh is supporting the placement. going smaller, you can now see exactly where your breast starts, and you sit somewhat low on your chest. Your nipples should not be high, or they will pop out of bras and bathing suits. Although you do not show side views, the font view shows your nipple placement is where they need to be.

Your breasts look very good. I can see your nipple/areola placement concerns, but it's still early in the
healing phase. You might consider upper pole massages and even using an ace bandage on the upper part of the breasts 21 hours a day. This may accelerate the downward progression of your breast implants. It you have issues at 6 months post-op, then reconnect with your surgeon for their take on the matter.
