Upper blepharoplasty left saggier eyelids and bulge. Would a revision be beneficial? (photo)

I had internal ptosis repaired with upper eyelid blepharoplasty and fat transfer upper eyelid. Eyes are much saggier than before and eyebrow a bit lower with this bulge. Is it fixable with revision surgery?
