Upper blepharoplasty left saggier eyelids and bulge. Would a revision be beneficial? (photo)

Question

I had internal ptosis repaired with upper eyelid blepharoplasty and fat transfer upper eyelid. Eyes are much saggier than before and eyebrow a bit lower with this bulge. Is it fixable with revision surgery?

Although your fat grafting may have taken, there is still a bulge from the repair. I would consider a refinement eyelid correction to make the upper lids look more natural. I perform my exclusive Foxtail Eyelid Lift to help recontour the eyelids.

You don't say how long ago your surgery was, but it looks pretty recent. I would suggest you wait at least six months before even thinking about a revision. It takes time for the tissues to soften after surgery and some of the fat may resorb.
