I had a blepharoplasty to make my eyelids more even however I thought I needed a brow lift as the right side was lower than the left. I had the bleph but it has left me with high, heavy skin folds that make me look completely different. When I smile my eyes are overcrowded and looks like I hav thick lines above my eyes. Do I need a revision to lower crease or revision and brow lift? I attach photos of pre opp and now. I also often look cross and my right eye has dropped more
