I don't like the overall shape of my eyes I am not sure how to fix them I would like a more lifted eye shape plus I don't think they are symmetrical
Answer: Facial Sculpting Candidate -- Fillers, Threads, Fat Transfer, Implants, See an expert It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Consider your options for changing the appearance of your eyes Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You may be a candidate for both surgical, or non-surgical treatment options to alter the appearance of your eyes. A liquid eye lift uses dermal fillers to refresh the eyes to make them appear more awake and symmetrical, with results lasting up to a year or more. Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that can correct heaviness in the upper lids and define the creases, creating a more contoured and symmetrical eye shape. Eyelift results can last for many years in most patients. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals and help you decide on the best approach.

Answer: Ptosis repair versus blepharoplasty Based on my evaluation of your photographs, it seems that your eyelids are slightly droopy. We call this ptosis. It is usually due to stretching of the muscle that lifts our eyes open and closed. You do not seem to have too much additional skin, which would require blepharoplasty. Based on this examination of your picture, I would recommend being evaluated for ptosis repair. This would allow your eyes to be slightly more open with your upper eyelid resting at the top of your iris. Additionally, As a nonsurgical option, there are eyedrops that can help with this problem. I would surgery as a common procedure that I perform. Please see the attached length for more information from our practice.

Answer: Asymmetry of the eyelids You have some asymmetry but your biometrics for the eyebrow are minimally different. I would only undergo a Foxtail Eyelid Lift (TM) that I perform to help improve the lift on the lateral eyelid and correct the eccentricity of your tarsal crease on the right. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: You would benefit from eyelid surgery but not standard blepharoplasty. You have a synform upper eyelid fold (an innie). Eyelid surgeons you visit will want to remove skin, muscle, and fat. This will not help you. You have a central partial levator disinsertion of the upper eyelid that is the basis for your innie upper eyelids. You have actual ptosis. There is also a compensatory elevation of the eyebrows. You also likely have a slight disinsertion of the lateral canthal tissues. To get the most help, you need each of these issues addressed. Because you have no spare skin, very little eyelid skin should be removed. What you need is eyelid structure: Lateral canthoplasty, Crease lowering surgery, repair of the disinserted levator aponeurosis with ptosis correction, mobilization of the pre-aponeurotic fat so it contributes volume to the upper eyelid fold, and a careful anchor blepharoplasty to recreated an appropriate upper eyelid fold. Repairing the upper eyelid ptosis will allow the eyebrows to soften and not look so elevated. Everything starts with a detailed in person consultation. Don't accept a zoom call as your consultation. Your eyes can be your best feature.
