26, male - am I a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty?

Hello, I am a 26yo male with no medical issues. I am fortunate to have some spare income and would like to inquire if there are any experts who think my eyes would gain benefit from upper eyelid surgery. I find myself subconsciously raising my eyebrows in public to open up my eyes more, so surgery is definitely an avenue I'd be willing to explore

Based on your photos and your age, I would say that you are not a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty.  There does not appear to be an issue with excess skin of your upper eyelids.  An examination of you would be helpful to try and determine what might be causing you to raise your eyebrows and what possible treatment options there might be.

You are fairly young for a standard skin-excision blepharoplasty, but it appears you may have some of the brow fat pad or tear (lacrimal) gland drooping below your eyebrow. This is typically genetic. I would see if you can have an in person consultation with an eyelid surgeon (oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon, for example) for an examination.

Based on your photos, I do not think an upper lid blepharoplasty would achieve what you are looking for, as it appears the tissue redundancy is actually coming from your eyebrow region. I would suggest exploring a browlift procedure. This will mimic the effect of subconsciously lifting your brows. Best of luck!

No, you're not a good candidate for an upper blepharoplasty due to the fact that you have very low eyebrows. Consider a brow lift to raise your eyebrows which would correct the hooded upper eyelids. In addition, you also have extensive scleral show in your lower lids for which a canthoplasty would be of some benefit. For that, you need to see an ocular plastic surgeon.
