This doctor did an amazing job on my facelift/tummy tuck and i will recommend this place to my friends and family.Im so glad my husband found this place for me online. I will recommend this Doctor. Im very happy with my results and look.
Dr DeWeese performed breast augmentation and labiaplasty for me 1 week ago 3/31/23. I was terrified to undergo surgery but he is such a knowledgeable Dr I know now I had nothing to fear! The results are absolutely beautiful! And it's only been a week! He definitely knows what he's doing! I'm beyond pleased with his work! Thank you Dr. DeWeese! 100 percent recommended!!!
Please do not ignore the other bad reviews because I learned the hard way :( I got a liquid rhinoplasty to just bring up the tip of my nose and during the consultation, I felt that the doctor was ignoring the specific things I wanted so I repeated them a few times. I specifically stated that I did not want filler in the area between my eyes because I was satisfied with the way it looked. One of the girls working there almost put numbing cream OVER MY MAKEUP so I had to stop her and remind her that I needed a wipe to clean the area. When she applied the numbing cream they left me in the room alone but when the doctor came and wiped off the numbing cream I told him that I could FULLY feel my nose to which he said "Oh wow,... that's fine it shouldn't be that painful" and he started working on my nose it was the most painful thing I have ever felt. After he gave me the mirror I saw that he made the tip of my nose rounder, accentuated the bump in my nose, and placed filler between my eyes, making my nose look significantly bigger. I can not stand to look at my face he ruined my nose. After I left I noticed A LOT of my filler leaking out of my nose and I tried to ignore it but it was so much I had to drive back and complain about it and ask why he did not give me any information about care. He HANDED ME OINTMENT TO PICK OFF WITH MY FINGERS STRAIGHT FROM THE TUBE and brushed off every single concern I brought up. I am so devastated that I spent over 700 dollars to make my face uglier and had such a horrible experience.
I had a consultation with Dr. Deweese and I’m so excited for him to relipo my abdomen bc the previous Doctor did a half tail job and Dr. Deweese made me feel confident he could help make it better. He also made me feel better about how it left me emotionally.
Often after a breast augmentation the implants ride high and it can take up to six months for them to drop. You didn't mention exactly how long ago the surgery was but if it was less than six months ago, wait for the implants to drop, this can be facilitated by wearing a pectoral strap around the chest and upper poles of your breasts.
Unfortunately you have experienced first hand the phenomenon of "bottoming out" If the surgeon makes the breasts look perfect on the operating table, then skin below the nipples stretches out making the nipples upturned. The only way to correct this without making scars above the nipples is to do another lift to push the breast tissue back up behind the nipples. Synthetic absorbable or biodegradable mesh or the patient's own dermis in the form of an "internal bra" can prevent or delay the re-bottoming out process.
Well, it isn't optimal but you could have a donut mastopexy where we make an oval incision around and above your areola and then place a cinching suture around that cut to pull the oval into a circle the size you want your areolas. In addition we could place a large (400 cc or greater) cohesive gel implant that tends to hold its shape in the upper pole. The scar would end up in the periphery of your areolas and not be very noticeable. If it were to get hypertrophic there are lots of treatments, triamcinolone injections, laser, silicone gel sheeting that could treat that. That would make your nipples point straight ahead and not down!
Without being able to measure your chest directly, it seems that both implants would fit fine. Whenever the patient can't decide between two sizes I always say go for the bigger one, because I hear, "I wish I had gone just a little bit bigger", a lot more offen then I hear, "I should'a gone smaller"!
I would suggest you take photos of the problem and ask your surgeon if it is okay to send them to him via email. He is the best one to advise you as to whether this is normal or not.
