I underwent a rhinoplasty in mid 2020. 4 years later my chief concern is asymmetric nostrils and what seems to be a crooked septum or columella, I’m not sure which term is correct. I have received steroid injections at least quarterly for nasal tip swelling. I’m not sure how more steroids are supposed to fix the asymmetry. About a year ago the doctor shaved some of the front of the septum/columella which only seems to have made my nose look more flat. I think I need.a revision.
