Breast augmentation scar blue/black changes (Photo)

Question

27 year old female patient. Breast Augmentation done June 17, 2022. No problem with incision site scars till recently . One side is itchy and color changes of blue and black all sudden , the other side is normal. Implants are sailing 275cc. Have tried corticosteroid cream in the past,

From your photo, you appear to have some bottoming out and now your scar is elevated. Also, you may have had a hematoma initially because it appears you have some red blood cell pigment now deposited in your skin. However, an examination is needed to be certain. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Your breast looks like it has echinosis from bruising.
Difficult to explain unless you had some injury but it should improve with time.
