Breast augmentation scar blue/black changes (Photo)

27 year old female patient. Breast Augmentation done June 17, 2022. No problem with incision site scars till recently . One side is itchy and color changes of blue and black all sudden , the other side is normal. Implants are sailing 275cc. Have tried corticosteroid cream in the past,

One breast looks rounder and bigger. It appears the larger breast is forming a double bubble. This may progress and you will need repeat surgery to correct the double bubble. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

It appears that you have "bottomed out" likely due to poor incision placement, poor technique, inappropriate implant selection/size/profile, and natural causes from weak tissues at the inframammary fold. You may need some internal support as well such as Galaflex. I would find a surgeon...

I recommend a circumareola approach. Excess skin can be removed from medial around the areola to move the nipple-areola complex more medial and the pocket can be dissected more medial and the lateral pocket can be reinforced as well. At the same time, a lower profile implant can be placed...

Since you have lost upper pole fullness, your breasts need more support than the skin is providing. Consider an internal bra with Galaflex. Removing more skin without adding support is less predictable.
