Hello I have had my boobs done for just over a year now. The left breast has always been slightly different a than the right but has now started to form a double bubble. It isn’t uncomfortable or painful. I am wondering will I need medical attention to fix this or might it sorts itself out / not get any worse ? If I leave this as it is as it isn’t bothering me will a completely bottom out? Any advice is best I hope to not need to get this medically fixed!!!

It appears that you have "bottomed out" likely due to poor incision placement, poor technique, inappropriate implant selection/size/profile, and natural causes from weak tissues at the inframammary fold. You may need some internal support as well such as Galaflex. I would find a surgeon...
You did not ask a question, so I will just be more general. tuberous breasts can be very challenging even in the best of hands. The bands on the tighter breast can hopefully be released more. I would suggest going down in size.
If you did not bring up the fact that you wanted something bigger or smaller, your surgeon probably thinks you want to stay the same size. Please go back and discuss your concerns and desires again.
