Since you have lost upper pole fullness, your breasts need more support than the skin is providing. Consider an internal bra with Galaflex. Removing more skin without adding support is less predictable.

First, naturally your breasts sit low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. However, you do have some bottoming out. I would suggest placing the implants behind the muscle for better upper chest fullness and tightening the inferior pockets. More skin may need to be removed. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

I would recommend a revision of the lift with advancement of the lower breast tissue supported with ,long term absorbable mesh support and fat grafting

It is much too early in the postoperative healing process to critically assess your breast lift results. You may have asymmetric swelling still present and your scars (internally and externally) are no where near matured. Keep regular follow up with your plastic surgeon and if you post again, please provide pre operative photos. Good luck!
